Shayla Stokes, is a native of Boston, MA, and has lived in the Washington D.C. Metro area since early 2000. Ms. Stokes is a 1999 graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she received her Bachelor of Arts with Honors degree in Political Science.  Ms. Stokes went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate from Howard University School of Law in 2005.
